Complex Foam Converting Demonstration

Foam can be converted in a few different ways; XY laser cut, flat bed, or die cut depending on the thickness and needs of the converter. This demo will create a finished part that will be run on a conveyor:

• 3 registered die cuts
• MOD-Track Vision system
• Low tension winding
• All on our newly updated Crusader® Converter

Delta’s Foam capabilities

Over 40 years ago we designed the Crusader Converter from the ground up to be the most flexible and precise die cutting machine on the market. This first-of-its-kind converter continues to be the industry leading narrow web die cutting platform. The system will feature a variety of processes including tight tolerance rotary die cutting, vision inspection and multi-layer lamination. This unique system is designed to convert precision parts while minimizing waste of expensive materials. Other Delta ModTech systems may include capabilities such as part placement, coating, semi-rotary die cutting, laser die cutting, and pouching.
