Stop by Delta ModTech’s booth 1142, March 18-20, 2024 for a live converting and pouching demonstration. This demo will feature several unique processes: our patented Island transfer insertion, patented reciprocating heat seal bed, and more. This demonstration is just a glimpse of what our machines are capable of from converting raw materials into discrete parts and packaging them inline. The machine will be running 3 lanes of transdermal patches, which will be die cut, placed on a clear plastic liner, heat seal pouched, slit and sheeted on to a conveyor. See the process and take home the part after visiting the booth!
