By the time the Delta ModTech system is installed the customer has made trusted friends and resources for the future. Fun
Delta ModTech is a community where employees are encouraged to have fun and get to know each other, in return many of our employees make life-long friends. Work is busy and life is busy, but we have found that when you are able to combine work and life everything is a little more fun.
Family
On behalf of our employees and their families, Delta ModTech is owned by a committed family whose mission is to serve and steward this business well. We care deeply for the families of our employees and feel they are an extension of our own. We encourage family visit days, bring your child to work day, family service days, and internships as they are available.
World-Wide Community
One of our favorite events encompasses fun, family and community. The Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) – Delta ModTech Packing Event is an annual group outing. Employees and their families fill the FMSC packing facility on one evening after work, we make teams and we pack food as fast as we can! Together our employees have helped feed thousands of children world-wide.
Local Community
We support our local community by opening our doors to local schools for tours and educational visits, plus we sponsor four local robotics teams and help them with their events.
