ECG Converting Demo
Similar to a wide range of wound care products, the multiple ECG electrode parts in this video need to be joined to ultimately create a single product. We take an adhesive layer and join it with foam to create an ECG electrode and place it on a release liner. Capabilities showcased in this demo include lamination, die-cutting, island transfer, and shingling conveyor.
Wearable Sensor Demo
This video highlights our capabilities for converting wearable sensor patches such as glucose monitors. The demo places both nonwoven and polyester materials in a registered die cut. Our vision inspection system provides closed-loop feedback for die-cutting and overall part dimensioning.
