Day 2 of the Summit, September 30, will be on-site at Delta ModTech Headquarters, giving attendees an opportunity to experience the Summit sessions in a manufacturing-focused setting.

Live Equipment Demonstrations
Medical Converting with High-Speed Packaging
Attendees will see an automated system convert a composite IV film dressing and package the finished product in a four-side-seal pouch. The demonstration features Delta ModTech’s High-Speed Packager and shows how converting and packaging can be combined through automation and integrated process control.
The system is designed to demonstrate production-level speed, precision, and adaptability while reducing manual handling and supporting consistent, repeatable results. It will also offer attendees a preview of the packaging process before its planned debut at PACK EXPO International.
EDGE® Laser Adaptive Cut System
The EDGE® Laser demonstration will show high-speed, toolless processing of complex shapes and patterns using Delta ModTech’s adaptive cutting technology, identified in the provided demonstration materials as patent pending. The system combines automated laser processing with vision cameras to support precise cutting and adaptive pattern control.
Attendees will see how laser processing can support frequent product changeovers, intricate patterns, short-run applications, and tight-tolerance requirements without relying on conventional rotary tooling. The demonstration will also highlight opportunities to improve material utilization, decrease setup time, and increase production flexibility.
High-Capacity Coating System
The third demonstration will feature Delta ModTech’s High-Capacity Coater applying a coating solution to a PET web using slot-die coating. The system includes air-impingement and infrared drying within a flotation oven, along with real-time monitoring and sensing technologies.
Attendees will get a closer look at how mass gauging, integrated feedback systems, drying technology, and process monitoring can work together to support stable coating conditions and consistent product quality at production scale.

Day 1 takes place Tuesday, September 29, and includes presentations, panel discussions, networking, and an evening jazz networking dinner at The Dakota. Day 2 will be hosted at Delta ModTech on Wednesday, September 30.
