Delta ModTech will exhibit at LOUPE Americas 2026, taking place September 15–17, 2026, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, USA.
At the show, Delta ModTech will feature two live machine demonstrations focused on advanced label converting and finishing applications: RFID label production and fully automated laser die cutting. Both demos will use ModTech CONNECT™ software to help demonstrate connected machine visibility, process monitoring, and production insight alongside the converting technology.
The RFID Label Production Demo will show two lanes of finished smart labels running at up to 400 feet per minute, with accurate RFID tag placement, integrated read/write verification, and a turret rewinder that keeps the line running continuously when producing shorter finished rolls.
The Fully Automated Laser Die Cutting Demo will feature Delta ModTech’s EDGE® Laser Technology with Vision Driven Setup (Patent Pending), eliminating the need for CAD or cut path files while using adaptive pattern control to help maintain accurate, repeatable cut registration for short runs, frequent changeovers, inconsistent print, and complex label patterns.
Together, these demonstrations show how Delta ModTech supports greater precision, agility, connected production visibility, and production confidence across advanced label and package printing applications.
