Delta ModTech’s 2025 Technology Showcase: Gear Up for Innovation

This year’s exclusive Technology Showcase was an exceptional gathering, uniting industry leaders from across the globe at Delta ModTech’s headquarters in Ramsey, Minnesota. Attendees were welcomed with a curated experience designed around the theme “Gear Up: To Land the Next Big One,” emphasizing preparation for future challenges and opportunities through innovation. The theme tied Minnesota’s love for fishing to the business world and that both require preparation and innovation to “Land the Next Big One”. 

The day began with thought-provoking insights from Michael Feuz of ITR Economics, who provided a compelling snapshot of the current U.S. economic climate. Delta ModTech’s own experts then offered engaging panel discussions, covering the latest advancements in coating and converting technologies, as well as the company’s dedicated approach to customer support.

The highlight for many was the hands-on demonstrations on the shop floor, where Delta ModTech showcased 15 cutting-edge machines. Demonstrations ranged from precision RFID insertion at high speeds, medical device packaging, sophisticated battery electrode coating techniques, and advanced laser die cutting processes. These innovations directly addressed critical needs in diverse industries including Labeling, Medical and Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Battery, RFID, and Fuel Cell sectors.

Closing keynote speaker Robert “Cujo” Teschner energized the audience with a powerful session on leadership, teamwork, and accountability, leaving participants inspired and motivated.

Attendees were highly engaged with the impressive quality and innovation of the equipment and emphasized the passion, expertise, and dedication of the Delta ModTech team. The new Intelli-Mod® HMI interface and the ModTech CONNECT™ MES system, in particular, stood out as the top takeaways from attendees.

Though attendance was limited to invited guests, the groundbreaking technologies and compelling discussions from the event continue to inspire industry-wide interest.
