Engineers of the future

Delta ModTech hosted a group of 9th grade high school engineering students as part of the PMMI (Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute) Twin Cities Workforce Alliance Tours in mid-October. Students from Blaine and Coon Rapids, MN were excited to tour the Delta facility, see machine demonstrations and meet engineers and technicians. Following the tour, they had lunch and a “Q & A session” this gave them the opportunity to find out more about the education and training of Delta ModTech employees, including information on technical schools, colleges and on the job training.

Delta ModTech, along with other Twin Cities Manufacturer members, participate in the PMMI Workforce Alliance. PMMI offers great resources for member companies to use as they develop their current and future workforce.
