Join us at the The Battery Show North America in Novi Michigan on September 12-14, 2023 where we will have TWO live demos!

Visit Delta ModTech’s booth# 2401 where we will be demonstrating our battery and fuel cell manufacturing capabilities for both coating and converting processes. In these demonstrations, we will coat raw battery slurry using our advanced slot die technology, rewind and then finish the cells using both rotary tooling and laser cutting in continuous motion.

Electrode Coating Demonstration

Utilizing the patch coating module on our DynaCoat® compact coating and drying machine, we will skip coat the inactive slurry to create cells on a foil substrate, which will then be dried.

Next, the roll of electrodes will be laser etched and cut with a rotary die to form a tab registered to the coating using Delta’s Crusader® Converter with EDGE® Laser Technology.
